How was our Sun Formed? The Sun Part- 1

Firstly let us start with, what is sun? What is sun, is it a big ball? No, it is not a ball, then what is it? Basically, the sun is a star at the center of our solar system. It is nearly a perfect ball. The sun is the most important source of energy for the life on Earth.

So now let's answer, how our Sun was formed? Well, to need to understand the formation of sun, we need to go 4.5 billion years ago so, let's jump to the past. The whole process started in the Milky Way Galaxy's Orion spur. Now, what is this Orion Spur? Is it a kind of spur? No, as you may be knowing that our solar system is on the inner edge of a spiral-arm of in the Milky Way Galaxy. This arm is also know as Orion Spur. Now quickly we get into the topic from where we left. When waves of energy passing through the space pressed the clouds of gas and dust called the Solar Nebula. These clouds mainly contained gases like hydrogen and helium, some of the parts were made up of the remains of dead stars. Then the nebula collapsed beacause of gravity, most of the particles were pulled in the center and it began to spin faster causing the cloud to flatten and formed a disc. At the center of this disc our sun was borning. At the center all the material continued to clump together and the matters condensed into a burning ball of gas to form a 'Protostar'. After millions of year later, the temperature and pressure inside the material increased and this lead to our Sun which we know today.

The theory which I told is know as Nebular Theory. Well, there are many other theories however, this theory is the most expected. Anyways, it's a theory it may or may not be true.

I have made a post on Milky Way Galaxy,  you may read it as it will help you to understand about the Location of the Sun (Solar System) more clearly.
